You can set a custom marketing opt-in message to capture consent from participants.

Note

The marketing opt-in field is only available on experiences with Participant Login enabled.

You can set a default marketing consent label to be used on all future experiences in your Account Profile.

Steps

  1. Click your Account Name in the menu toolbar.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Edit Marketing Consent Label.
  4. Click Save.

Note

Changes to the default marketing consent label will not be applied to existing experiences. You must change labels of existing experiences as described in the next section.

You can set a specific marketing consent label for each experience.

  1. In the Experience Editor, click Settings.
  2. Edit Marketing Consent Label.
  3. Click Save.
